She is getting there slowly erasing the blue. Whats your thoughts on the red rectangle I painted below the hotel sign.

1. Keep it red and paint one above it too.
2. Keep all retangles white
3. Paint all rectangles red

Historical and Cultural Meaning of a red door...

Early America:
A red door meant a welcoming, hospitable home where tired travelers could stop and rest.

The Underground Railroad: A red door sometimes served as a visual sign that a house was a safe haven for escaping slaves.

Scotland: Homeowners traditionally painted their doors red to signal that they had fully paid off their mortgage (being "out of the red" financially).

Feng Shui & Chinese Culture: Red represents life energy, good luck, high vibration, and prosperity.

Biblical & Church Tradition: Red doors symbolize the blood of Christ, offering spiritual protection, refuge, and a safe sanctuary.

Irish Tradition: Painting a door red was historically thought to ward off ghosts and evil spirits.

I really loved my ceiling fans but after 15 years, one of them decided to check out. Wow have the structure of ceiling fans changed. Finally I did find 2 replacements. You will enjoy better lighting and a nice circulation of air with these two newbies.
