We're thrilled to be open again, serving up mouthwatering homemade dishes and premium hand-trimmed steaks that promise an unforgettable experience.

We faced a challenging decision this weekend, further complicated by the state basketball playoffs that prevented us from opening last weekend.

Due to unavoidable ranch obligations at our New Mexico ranch, we will be closed this weekend.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our valued customers, both new and loyal, as this decision was not taken lightly.

Our steakhouse will resume regular operations on Friday, April 3, and Saturday, April 4, followed by April 17 and April 18.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to serve you the finest steaks, prime rib, and our newly added menu items.
