We are excited to announce that Suite 3A and 3B have been combined to be just Suite 3 @ The Cedric House.

This makes THREE totally private suites. NO shared bathroom. Private washers and dryers for EVERY guest. Private exterior entrances into each suite and comfortable lounging spaces in all!

It’s hard to pick a favorite. Suite 3 turned out to be the biggest suite available, even trumping Suite 2!

What makes us the best choice?

Safety, comfort, all-inclusive rates and monthly housekeeping. Premier is in our business name for a reason.

We have 24/7 exterior surveillance, and one of the best and most convenient locations in Lee County. Internet is never an issue with commercial grade fiberoptic connection.

Every suite is now priced the same. $1700/month which comes out to $57/night (all-inclusive rate). Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in an executive suite.

Holidays are coming! Southern Premier Suites has some vacancies. For the first time ever, we are opening up private suites for holiday stays! Two night minimum stay. Sorry pet parents, NO pets allowed.

Big changes are coming for us as a company!

Suite 4 @ The State House- $125/night 2 night minimum (available week of Thanksgiving thru December 31) No kids.

Suite 1 @ State House- $135/night 2 night minimum (available week of Thanksgiving thru Dec 31)

The Pool House- $150/night 2 night minimum (booked Thanksgiving week. Available Dec 3 thru Dec 31.) will discuss kids, BUT there is a pool and parents are warned to be vigilant with any young children.

It’s available for the first time in over a year! This is a guest favorite.

Booked!-I don’t know why our biggest and best suite is available as of June 1, but here it is! This suite has a private garage, screened in porch, full size fridge, private dining room and private washer and dryer. It is at least 700 square feet of privacy! And we just dropped the rate for our next guest. $1600/month down to $1400/month. ALL utilities included and a monthly cleaning with the one time $200 booking/cleaning fee.

Alright friends, I need input.

1. What do you want in a vacation rental/vacation?

2. What is a nightly rate that you would consider? (Remember no hidden fees!) The price per night is the price.

3. Are you more interested in an inclusive package deal or a lower nightly rate with less perks and with option for add ons?

Perks I’m throwing around in my head-guided sunrise/sunset horseback ride, access to kayaks, nice pool floats, robes, breakfast food (fresh eggs, fruit, bacon, waffle mix, juice), and all the little things you wish your VRBO would provide.

4. How many nights is the perfect adult getaway?

5. Do you prefer early check in or late checkout? What are those perfect times?

6. Would you consider a private day rate rental during the summer?

I do need to add, we are currently considering adults only. Any kid functions require lifeguard on duty. I haven’t decided on age cut off, but kids and pools can be dangerous and as we all know- kids are rough on houses and furnishings! We MAY launch a party package in the future, but we are currently considering adult getaways only. And…I’m sorry pet moms/dads but we are a pet free operation.
