Our Story

We are the new homeowners in this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo in Naples, Florida. Located in Coral Falls, Lely Resort. We are in a peaceful location, but just a hop away in the car to Naples beach or Marco Island beach, lots of entertainment, restaurants, and shopping in downtown Naples and Marco Island. Or take a 30 minute drive to Bonita Springs beaches. Beach chairs, beach blanket and coolers are provided for you.

You can be as adventuresome or as laid back as you’d like. We have two new mountain bikes you may uses if you like to take a ride through the beautiful Lely resort. This spacious condo is air conditioned with an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, screened in lanai, laundry room with washer and dryer.

The Master Bedroom comes equipped with a flat screen TV, a gorgeous King-size bed, an en suite bath and walk in closet. Ceiling fans in all rooms.

The second bedroom has two comfy single beds that can be pushed together if desired to make it a king size bed.

We have all new linens, bedding, towels, beach towels as well as a brand new sofa with a queen size memory foam mattress, two new reclining accent chairs in the living room, and also all new patio furniture and area rug for the lanai.

New granite countertops and hardware in the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and is fully ready to prepare food for eating-in or heating-in and, unlike some sparsely furnished rentals, you will find an abundance of cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster and much more. When not relaxing on the beach or off on an adventure, you can lay back and enjoy one of three flat-screen TV’s with cable service.

Sliding glass doors lead you to a screened-in lanai where you can enjoy tranquil and private views of the landscaped backyard. Our condo is steps away from a lovely swimming pool area where you can enjoy morning coffee, soak up the sun or use the barbecue. Starbucks, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. I am happy to provide a smoke-free environment. Smokers are invited to step outside in the designated smoking areas. Naples is home to many activities - boating, water sports, golf, nature, kayaking tours, lots of great restaurants, shopping and night life. A booklet is provided to locate the attraction, activities, shopping, nightlife and so on.

Our condo sleeps upto 6 people. Weekly or monthly rentals available.

*7 night minimum stay required. (Saturday-Saturday)
