Lenoir City is perfectly located in the Tennessee Valley with views of the . Our property is a very short drive to the foothills and just a few more minutes to many popular mountain destinations. We're where you want to be when you don't want the hustle and bustle of tourists locations and desire peace and serenity.

Actual photos taken today. January and February are the absolute best months for snow here in East Tennessee. We keep telling folks to watch the weather and plan to get snowed in. It's worth the gamble! Whether the forecast is accurate or not, it's a beautiful place to be on a cold winter day!

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting the board of directors from a local construction company, and Coffee Culture played a key role in providing the essential elements for a successful planning session. Thank you to the Coffee Culture staff for their delicious pastries, outstanding breakfast burritos, exceptional coffee, and generous sandwiches.

We had our messiest guest ever yesterday! Despite the mess, we are all kinds of excited about having this visitor pass through! Just one more reason to book our retreat. Seeing wildlife is pretty routine around here, but never dull. We often see deer, turkey, bald eagles, hawks, owls, woodpeckers, fox, ground hogs and rabbits; just to name a few. This visitor has us changing our plans for raccoon proof garbage containers to something quite a bit more secure.

We were so honored to be able to support this years Fort Loudoun Dinghy Dash!
