Even though there its raining our guests are still heading out to Landis Valley Farm Museum this morning.

We had some living historians who were demonstrating at the Landis Valley Farm Museum today. They demonstrated lace making, chair caning, and band box making. There are also quite a few other demonstrations going on there today and tomorrow.

Among our guests this weekend are some "living historians". They will be at Landis Valley Museum for their Harvest Days today from 9-4.

These came from a stand on Mondale road just north of rt. 23. They have a pretty nice selection each year.

The tadpoles in our koi pond have gotten bigger. This is the first time we even knew they were still alive.

I've had this idea to make a map of the property so people can enjoy more than just a bed and a meal. My son did a map for a scavenger hunt with Gemini. I added some things and customized it using gimp. It could use some work but, this is a start.

Looks like a beautiful weekend coming up. Farmers taking in to***co, corn, and hay...also lot of roadside stands with flowers, eggs, vegetables, and more.

We have 1 room available for Saturday and Sunday night.

Just added a Hummingbird Feeder in the patio. We've seen some around...maybe this will encourage more.
