Not only are we open for camping through Halloween weekend, we will be having a couple of events this season!

October 3 - Black River Campground Music Festival. Stay tuned for band lineup!

October 31st Weekend - 2nd Annual Halloween Carnival! Hayrides, games, treats, and lots of Halloween spookiness!

We are open for camping! We were very lucky to escape significant damage from the flooding last weekend and have reopened for camping.

We are monitoring river conditions, including sending kayaks out today to check river conditions. We are hoping to offer floating again by this weekend, but will update as we learn more.

We are closed due to the severe flooding in Reynolds County. For those with reservations for camping and floating, we will contact you when we have information on when we will reopen. In the meantime, please avoid the area. There are many flooded/closed roads and highways. Emergency crews are working hard to rescue people stranded in floodwaters and to locate the missing. Stay safe .
