We are expecting delivery of a brand new 16' x 76' 3-bedroom, 2-bath mobile home. Qualified applicants for a rent-to-own will need a $7,500 deposit and pay approximately $1,000 per month which will include the lot rent and home payment. We are currently accepting applications.
