One of the most consistent compliments we receive in our reviews is how exceptionally clean our vacation rental is. For us, cleanliness is not just a compliment—it is a basic standard that every guest deserves. No one should ever arrive at a vacation rental that is anything less than spotless.

Looking for a Memorial Day Weekend Getaway? We currently have Tuesday May 20 to Saturday May 24 (Check Out on Sunday 5/25) Available with a 3 night minimum.
Arrive ahead of the traffic and depart ahead of the traffic, while spending most of your holiday weekend at the beach!

We are small dog friendly (with approval) and located on the first floor.  The parking lot is just steps from the front door, making access easy.

If you've been a guest at our condo, you've seen our gorgeous gazebo area in the center of our community.
The gazebo is 20+ years old, and with any wooden structure, it required some repairs. Unfortunately, during the repair process yesterday, it collapsed.
Thankfully, no one was injured and that is the most important part, but the gazebo area will likely be closed for the summer as it will take time to rebuild.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured that all other community amenities are available at this time

Looking for a partial week beach getaway?
We have June 8 - 13 and July 7 - 12 open with a 4 night minimum.
It’s uncommon to find partial week rentals during the summer months.

Update: June filled. July remains available.

Why should you book direct instead of a third party site? SAVINGS!!
This is an example of booking directly with us, versus VRBO or Airbnb for a week this summer at current pricing.
Our book direct rate is even lower when paid by Check or Zelle by saving the 3.2% Credit Card fee.

Looking for a quick weekend getaway? We have a 2 night minimum in our off-season, which is perfect for a quick trip.
You enjoy reduced off-season rates and the comforts of home that sure beat any hotel. We can usually accomodoate slightly early check-in and check-outs this time of year.
