Save over $350 by booking direct versus VRBO.
We don't charge a "Service Fee" to book direct and we also pass along our commission savings by offering lower nightly rates on book direct reservations.

Why book on a service such as VRBO, when you can book direct and save?
We have the week of June 27 to July 4 open. VRBO is currently charging guests a $214 Service Fee for using their service to book our vacation rental. As the homeowner, we do NOT get that fee. It goes directly to VRBO. This is on top of the 5% commission they charge me, the homeowner for listing on their website.
Our book direct rates are always about 5% lower than VRBO, so not only do you save their Service Fee, but you also get a lower nightly rate.

We are small dog friendly (with approval) and located on the first floor.  The parking lot is just steps from the front door, making access easy.

This blizzard was no joke. We had nearly 18 inches of heavy snow and damaging winds. Lots of cleanup to do!
