After 12 summer seasons of renting our condo in Lewes, we are “retiring” and the 2 bed/2 bath condo unit is for-sale.
We have been so fortunate to have our wonderful renters come back for vacation each summer. We believe that if we treat our customers as we would want to be treated and provide a relaxing well-maintained accommodation, then our rental business would succeed and it has! We thank you for your support and loyalty throughout the years.

Why sell? My husband and I are now “empty-nesters” and plan to travel more frequently, which makes it difficult to give our guests personal attention and customer service, as well as maintain our rental standards.

Summer is just around the corner and we are looking forward to another great season.

We are entirely booked for the 2013 summer season. Reservations occurred very early this year, so by the beginning of March almost every week was taken. Some say it is due to the uncertainty of the beaches in NJ, because of Storm Sandy. I'd like to think it is because we offer a good value, a nice clean place, at a reasonable price.

I am sorry if some of our returning guests were not able to reserve the week that they wanted. This year we tried to allow our returning guests the opportunity to book first. The only remaining week that we have available is Sept 19-25.

If we don't see you this year, perhaps next year!

The 2012 summer season has begun!

We start off this year with a new washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Free wifi was installed in the unit towards the end of last summer.
