⚠️ SEVERE WEATHER REMINDER ⚠️

With today’s severe weather threat, we wanted to send out a quick reminder about our weather policy.

We follow “pool rules” when it comes to our inflatables:

🌧️ Rain: Fine to play!
⛈️ Thunder & lightning: Everyone must exit the inflatable.
💨 Winds over 20 MPH: Everyone must exit and the inflatable must be deflated.

We’ve been in close contact with our customers throughout the day today to help them navigate the weather, but we want everyone to keep this policy in mind for future rentals as well.

Once an inflatable has been delivered, set up, and is in your yard, we do not offer refunds due to weather. Weather conditions can change quickly, so it is ultimately the renter’s responsibility to follow these safety guidelines and keep everyone off the inflatable when conditions become unsafe.

Happy 3rd birthday to our littlest employee! 💙🎉

Mavis has been part of our crew since she was still in Mommy’s belly—and she’s actually the reason we invested in our first electric dolly! 😂 Calla was convinced that hauling and picking up bounce houses was going to put her into labor, so Sly decided it was time to make the job a little easier. 😉

Three years later, she’s grown into the cutest little model, bounce house tester, and employee we could ever ask for. She’s been along for so many setups, cleanups, and adventures—and somehow, she still thinks this is all just one big playground. 🥹

We truly can’t believe our baby girl is THREE! Watching her grow up alongside Twin City Inflatables has been the sweetest part of this crazy journey.

He was just WAY too excited to wait! 😂

We were still setting up his waterslide when he couldn’t resist climbing on for a little test run. And honestly, seeing that smile made every second of setup worth it.

Moments like this are exactly why we love what we do. Yes, we get to bring waterslides and bounce houses to birthdays, but more importantly, we get to be a small part of the memories families make together. ❤️

And this little guy holds an extra special place in our hearts. He isn’t just one of our customers — he’s one of our best friends. We’ve had the privilege of watching him grow, and we can hardly believe our little buddy is already THREE!
