Best place I know of to chase muskies, pike, walleyes, and smallmouth. Driving distance from SWMO. Drag your own boat. It’s only a couple miles off of the pavement and the dock is spectacular. Hit me up if you need more info. I have been visiting Wabigoon for more than 40 years!

I will be at the Kansas City Boat Show (Bartle Hall) working the Huber’s Lone Pine Lodge booth tomorrow (Friday 1/10). If you have spent much time at Angler’s Paradise you have most likely heard me speak of this great place to hook up with Northern species fishing. (Walleye, Muskie, northern, smallmouth). It’s driveable, affordable, and the fishing is as good as I have seen it in my 40+ years of visiting Wabigoon.

My 2023 deer came home yesterday. Possibly the most unique rack on my wall. Glad I did not have time to look at him before shooting because his dearth of brow tines might have led me to pass him.

I can assure you this Whitetail buck deer, was in fact, munchin’ on clover. White Clover to be exact. I love how all the tines are almost even across the top making a triangle-shaped rack. He came from the “mined-land” region of the 4-States area.
