Great food, dinner & music at Thistledown featuring local restaurants, LaVigneta Winery and local musicians.
Throughout the summer we are planning one evening per month featuring local restaurants and musicians in the Gathering space at Thistledown. Events are reservation only, ticketed events with a cash bar provided by LaVigneta Winery.
Our first event on Friday, June 19th will feature a delicious menu from Out Of The Fire and Music by Jazz Trip. Tickets are $75 per person (plus tax, gratuity & fees). LaVigneta will run a cash bar featuring beer, wine, specialty drinks and soda. Seating starts promptly at 6:00 pm and the evening concludes around 9:00 PM

McGuiness Hospital located in Ligonier, Westmoreland County on March 4, 1966. Founded by the Sisters of Mercy of Allegheny County in 1944 when they purchased the 1918 family mansion, the structure served as a hospital for the next 67 years and even included a pool. It was the smallest hospital in Pennsylvania. It was closed in 2011.
