The sun is setting on the season of remodels. We just finished flooring in our FINAL ROOM 🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊just tile, trim, and furniture to go! We wanted to share some of our favorite reviews this season as others celebrate the progress with us:

Gopherfest 2026- “I used to bring a backlight before you guys bought it, and have been surprised at what we’ve found in chain hotels. I looked around with it last night and couldn’t find a thing!”

**some other things to celebrate-
Most of the back windows have now been replaced, same with front doors for easy opening and a cozy fall/winter to come.

Ramps have now made Rooms 15/16 wheelchair accessible

It’s the season for honey berry picking, free community pool, and window a/c units now installed in most rooms!!

Food truck and ice cream right on site, we’re all working hard to make this place great.

Explore the many backroads; if it’s a rest day enjoy a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th espresso in our lobby or at the coffee hut.

Relax and watch these gorgeous sunsets put on their show.

Check website and Google for latest hours and offerings. See you in Lima!

Here’s our first 2-bed room!
10 of 16 interiors either on their way or completed.

We’ve enjoyed the extra helping hands around here, and the good attitudes to keep on chipping away. Feeling thankful.
