Trafton Lake Campground

Trafton Lake Campground Welcome to Trafton Lake Campground. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Due to a broken water pipe we have to shut the water off at Trafton Lake Campground immediately. A replacement part will be ordered and installed as soon as possible. This afternoon, we will bypass the leak but this also bypasses the filtration system so nobody drink the water until the filtration pipe is fixed. Sorry for any inconvenience. The Board has voted to close the Campground effective 9/30/2022.

Hello Campers!
The busy weekend is upon us!
We have a few things we'd like to go over with everyone so we are all on the same page:

front lot campers. if you wish to park your car in the grass across from your site please be sure to get it parked there sometime shortly after the parade. We will not be reserving parking spots.

Middle and back row campers - Please make sure your vehicle is parked completely in your lot and not on the side of the road. In the event of an emergency we NEED that road clear. If you have guests coming over, please ask them to park in the front grass area. They may drive up to your site to drop their things off but must immediately move their vehicle to the lawn afterwards.

Golf carts - please keep them on trails and roads and off the grass areas. We would also appreciate that adults only drive them this weekend (we know its allowed otherwise as long as an adult is with them) but its going to be super busy and it would be a lot safer if we stuck to licensed adults for this weeked.

Tent campers - please make sure your vehicle it parked in your site OR on the grass across from your site facing your site. (don't park parallel to the road) This will allow us more parking space and ensure we can get emergency vehicles in and out easily.

Back tent site campers - You may park your vehicle across from your lot in the grass, However....NOBODY will be allowed in the grass field area. This is where the fireworks are set off and they will not set them off if anyone is caught in that area. Its an extreme safety hazard.

ALL campers - again please stay out of the back field at all times Sunday.

Keep your alcoholic beverages in the campsites.

BE SAFE AND HAVE FUN!

Just a reminder to ALL that use the Trafton area. (Guests, picnic-goers, fishers, playground-players, hikers, campers, etc.) Please do your part by picking up your trash and putting it in the designated dumpster. Please do not leave garbage outside anywhere or throw any food or trash in fire pits. This helps keep our place clean as well as helps keep any scavengers and unwanted critters away from the area. Thanks for your cooperation! :)
