2 places we think you definitely should try if you find yourself in the Lincoln City, Oregon/Newport, Oregon area.

Numero uno is Local Ocean Seafoods. Sooo good! If you're in the mood for fresh, fresh seafood and a glass of wine or pint of beer this is the place!

Also a must is Rockfish Bakery. A great place for breakfast, lunch, or baguette for the beach. We are always surprised with something new and delicious here.

Please tell us about any great spots you have found on the Oregon coast. We are always looking for fresh new places to experience.

Look what we found on the beach by the condo! I didn't know this but if you find a "Finders Keepers on the Beach" glass float and take it to the Lincoln City Visitors Center they will give you a certificate of authenticity and a biography of the artist who made the float.

On November 17th a 100 hand-crafted glass art pieces (floats, sand dollars or crabs) will be "dropped" along the 7.5 miles of Lincoln City beaches, weather and ocean conditions permitting of course. For more info check out www.oregoncoast.org
