Great view of the Kite festival from our deck 🏖️🪁

Kite Festival season is almost here! 🪁 Join us on the beach at the D River State Recreation Site for two weekends of high-flying fun, from giant inflatable kites to pro performances that fill the sky with color and motion.

This year brings something new: Lincoln City’s first-ever lighted night kite fly. Kites equipped with LED lights will illuminate the night sky in a brilliant display.

Who is excited for the 4th of July in Lincoln City?

IMPORTANT REMINDER: All personal fireworks are now prohibited everywhere within Lincoln City, including all private and public property. This includes small fireworks like handheld sparklers. Violations will result in fines or prosecution.

However, the good news is Lincoln City will still be dazzling you with a professional firework display over Siletz Bay on July 4th!

Join the festivities at Taft Park throughout the day with fun activities and live music. The fireworks extravaganza begins at dusk, around 10:00 pm.

Easy walk from the house!

The World's Shortest River and a very good restaurant with amazing views! Kyllo's is a great spot to eat if your in Lincoln City! "D" River feeds off Devil's lake!
