Whistling Winds Motel Historic motor coach lodge originally began in the '30s, in a quiet section of Lincoln City on the Oregon coast. Only 6 blocks to casino.

A five-minute walk to the beach, close to the casino, quick drive to all the area's awe-inspiring beaches and features. The Whistling Winds is a restored 1930's Motor Coach Motel. This sixteen unit motel is nestled quietly in Lincoln City's residential neighborhood across street and 1/2 block to low beach access. Great for the private getaway, spend a nice weekend with that someone special or the whole family.

If you see an extra-large moon in the skies Sat night, you're not alone. About 6:45 pm comes moonrise and the Full Harvest Moon. It only appears to be larger because of a trick-of-the-brain when it's close to the horizon, but it will likely be an orange-ish hue until it rises higher.
