Nearly every ingredient served throughout the evening has been thoughtfully grown and raised right here at Little Dry Creek Ranch by Chas and Madi Koenig. From pasture to plate and field to fork, this dinner showcases the care, dedication, and passion that go into producing high-quality, locally raised food.

The meal will be prepared by Chef Brooke Price, bringing this special collaboration full circle. Brooke and Madi are sisters who have spent years dreaming about creating a true field to fork dining experience together. Their shared passion for exceptional food, family, and agriculture has made this evening a long-awaited reality.

The night begins with a seasonal social grazing table, featuring a beautiful assortment of fresh, ranch-grown appetizers designed to bring guests together as they mingle and take in the stunning surroundings. Following the social hour, everyone will gather for a thoughtfully crafted seated, four-course dinner highlighting the best flavors the ranch has to offer.
