✨ A little extra love for the people who make The Scarlet shine! ✨

Last week was Housekeeping Week, and we couldn’t let it go by without celebrating our amazing housekeeping team! 🧹❤️

These incredible team members work hard every day to make sure our guests walk into a room that feels fresh, welcoming and cared for. They’re behind so many of the little details that make a big difference, and we are so grateful for everything they do!

We treated our housekeeping team to some goodies while they worked and hosted a special lunch to celebrate them. Because if anyone deserves a little extra appreciation, it’s this crew! 🥰

Thank you for all the early mornings, long days, attention to detail and hard work you put in every day. We appreciate you more than you know!

In Memory of Patrick Murphy

The Scarlet Hotel family is heartbroken by the passing of our Director of Sales, Patrick Murphy.

Patrick was so much more than his title. He was a friend, a mentor, a storyteller, a true hospitality professional, and someone who had an incredible gift for making people feel welcome and cared for. Throughout his career in Lincoln hospitality, Patrick built countless relationships and touched the lives of so many people. As his family so beautifully wrote, Patrick was an “architect of human connection.”

To know Patrick was to experience his warmth, humor, generosity and zest for life. He had a way of turning an ordinary conversation into a lasting connection and an ordinary evening into a memory. That spirit was felt every day by our team and by the many guests, clients and community members fortunate enough to know him.

We are incredibly grateful that Patrick was part of The Scarlet family. His presence, his laughter and his genuine care for others will be deeply missed, and his impact on our team and our community will remain with us.

Today, we honor Patrick by remembering the way he lived: build the bridge, talk to the stranger, tell the story, have the cocktail, make the memory, and tell someone you love them.

We are the privileged ones. We got to know Patrick Murphy. ❤️
