Meet the people behind the heat. 🔥

A great sauna experience is about more than the heat and the cold. It's about the people who welcome you, guide you through the experience, and help create a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel at home.

We're excited to introduce the Four Elements Sauna Tender team!

Meet J, Brandon, Terri, and Ashley. Four individuals who each bring their own personality, perspective, and appreciation for the sauna and cold plunge experience.

From the comforting warmth of the sauna to the invigorating cold of the plunge, they're here to help you embrace every element of the experience.

Swipe through to get to know the faces behind Four Elements. We can't wait for you to meet them!

Heat. Cold. Nature. Connection.

A century of memories. A new chapter together.

In 1926, Camp Ojiketa opened on the shores of Green Lake as a Camp Fire Girls camp. For generations, this special place brought people together to explore nature, build friendships, and create memories that lasted a lifetime.

Now, as we prepare to open Four Elements Sauna + Plunge at Camp Ojiketa, we do so with deep respect for that history and so much gratitude for the people who helped preserve this place for our community.

We’re honored to continue a tradition of gathering here.

Slowing down. Spending time outdoors. Sharing stories. Connecting with each other and with the lake.

We know these grounds hold cherished memories for so many. Our hope is to honor what came before us while creating space for new friendships, new experiences, and plenty of new memories.

We’re grateful to be a small part of Camp Ojiketa’s next chapter, and we can’t wait to welcome you into it.

Gather. Heat. Plunge. Connect.

Have a favorite Camp Ojiketa memory? We’d love to hear it in the comments.

The benefits of sauna go far beyond the sweat.

Regular sauna use has been associated with cardiovascular benefits, improved circulation, relaxation and recovery. But some of our favorite benefits are the ones you simply feel.

A quieter mind.
Looser muscles.
Deeper rest.
A chance to disconnect from everything else and reconnect with yourself.

It’s not just about adding sauna to your routine. It’s about creating a ritual you actually look forward to.

Heat. Rest. Reset. Repeat.

MEET THE MAKERS Forge Saunas

There’s something pretty special about knowing the hands behind the things you’re building with.

As Four Elements steps into its next chapter, we’ve been intentional about choosing partners who care about craftsmanship, quality and the experience they’re helping create.

Meet Garrett, the builder behind Forge Saunas, a veteran-owned sauna company based right here in Taylors Falls, Minnesota. Garrett specializes in designing and building saunas meant for more than simply getting hot. They’re spaces made for slowing down, gathering, relaxing and connecting.

And soon, one of his builds will have a home at Four Elements.

Meet Ember.

Ember is a 5' x 7' sauna designed to seat four, and she’ll be joining us as part of the next evolution of the Four Elements experience.

We love working with people who care deeply about what they create, and we love even more that this piece of our next chapter is being built locally.

Come for the sauna. Stay for the connection.

There’s something about stepping away from the noise, putting down the phone and sitting together that makes room for something we could all use a little more of.

Real conversation. Laughter. Being present. Doing something hard together. And sometimes, simply sitting quietly next to someone without needing to be anywhere else.

Yes, sauna + cold plunge can be an incredible practice for your body. But what we’ve loved just as much is what happens when people experience it together.

Friends. Couples. Families. Coworkers. Maybe even people who started the session as strangers.

Because wellness doesn’t always have to be something we do alone.

Sometimes it looks like sweating, plunging, laughing until your cheeks hurt and walking away feeling a little more connected than when you came. 🤍

Heat. Cold. Connection.

We’re adding to the Four Elements crew. 🔥

We’re looking for part-time seasonal Sauna Hosts to help us create the kind of experience Four Elements is all about: warm welcomes, good fires, cold plunges and plenty of fresh air.

As a Sauna Host, you’ll help with:

● Lighting + monitoring sauna fires
● Splitting wood
● Cold plunge maintenance + filling buckets
● Light cleaning + keeping spaces guest-ready
● Welcoming + checking in guests
● Answering questions and helping guests understand the thermic cycle

Hours:

Saturday + Sunday | 9 AM–3 PM or 3–9 PM

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with availability for two shifts per week.

CPR/AED certification is required, or a willingness to get certified.

Sound like your kind of side gig? We’d love to hear from you.
