Join us for a monthly series of outdoor movement by the pool, welcoming the season with energy, balance, and a sense of ease. Led by local trainer Rebecca Stump, each gathering features her signature Resistance Sculpt Stretch—a thoughtful blend of strength, sculpt, and stretch designed to leave you feeling grounded and restored.
After class, linger a little longer. Refreshments, light bites, and a relaxed poolside atmosphere invite you to stay, unwind, and enjoy the moment.
All levels are welcome. Mats, towels, water, and weights will be provided.
