Condo is available after we had an extended guest. We were there this weekend and we love it! Efficiency suite that sleeps 4! 3rd floor with no elevator and 5 minute drive to Cherry Grove! We took this shot at The Point on Saturday!

Still great shopping, entertainment and lots of great restaurants to choose from and you might get a nice day for fishing like Santa did!

Even Santa knows there's lots of winter fun at the beach! We're close to food, entertainment, shopping and the beach!

Vacation studio condo at Little River available for winter at $250 per week or $40 per night! Sleeps 4 with queen and twin trundle. Great location, close to new shopping complex, entertainment, restaurants and the beach. Even Santa found fun things to do.

Looking for some fall time at the beach! Don't spend a fortune, come stay with us. Minutes from the beach,shopping, dining and entertainment. We're also convenient to the NMB Recreation Complex for those weekend baseball tournaments.

This condo is just a hop and a skip from the new shopping complex with the new Hobby Lobby, Ross and lots of other great shops!

Had some folks down for the weekend and they enjoyed their stay and had beautiful weather. Enjoyed time on the beach, great food and loved the pool!
