To ensure our guests are safe during their stay, our hotel is participating the Choice Hotel's Commitment to Clean Program. Per the outlines in this program, common areas are sanitized at regular intervals throughout the day. This includes areas such as the elevators and all of the landing buttons, all lobby areas, public bathrooms, fitness center, pool area and dining room. We also pay close attention to the areas in our guest rooms which may be high touch to ensure we are sanitizing the room as much as possible between guests. These areas include the remotes, light switches, lamp switches, drawer pulls, and all bathroom surfaces. The cleaner used by our housekeeping team is a hospital grade commercial disinfectant provided by EcoLab. All team members are instructed to wear masks while performing cleaning tasks to ensure they are leaving all areas as sanitary as possible. In addition to enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols we have also made hand sanitizing solution widely available throughout the building to help encourage guests to do their part in reducing the spread of infection. Sanitizing stations are available at 12 points throughout the building which include all entrances and public areas. Our staff is trained and ready to welcome you to the Natural State of Comfort at Comfort Suites Little Rock West.
