It’s been one hell of a month—navigating a heartbreaking loss in our family while also celebrating a massive fundraising win.

I still can’t believe that, together, our community raised over $330K to help us buy the farm. That is the power of community. 🥹🙌🏾

We’re taking it one day at a time and continuing to move forward.

Today, all it takes is the 3% transaction fee to secure your spot. In a few weeks, once the club LLC and bank account are created, you’ll fund your full investment and your funds will remain safely in the club account until we close on the farm.

That’s it. You’ll officially be part of the community co-owning a 100-acre farm in the Catskill Mountains and helping us create more welcoming spaces in nature.

As we expand, we’re leaning all the way into playfulness as wellness—because sometimes healing looks like fresh air, belly laughs, trying something new and feeling like a kid again.

Boheme will continue to be filled with the retro vibes you know and love, while our new campus pays homage to classic scout camp. Whether you were a Girl Scout, Boy Scout or never got the chance to attend camp—we’re bringing back all the nostalgia and summer camp magic.
