Rooted in the landscape of the Willowemoc Valley, Chef Eric’s approach draws inspiration from the mountains, the region’s heritage, and the incredible farmers and producers surrounding us. The result is a dining experience that feels deeply connected to the Catskills while remaining ambitious, refined, and entirely unexpected.
Chef Eric also helped shape The DeBruce into a James Beard semifinalist for Outstanding Restaurant — a reflection of the care, creativity, and intention behind every detail of the experience here.
