If you want to do something extra special and local this weekend, check out the Overton County Arts Council sale at our community center. Dozens of local artists are working all week to paint Overton County then having a gallery and sale on October 3rd!

This is something you can really connect with our community over, so we wanted to share that with those who are staying with us this week ✨

We rent this space at an astounding $150 FOR THE DAY!!!! 😍

If you want to have something nice and memorable on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday the price for 8 hours total is only $150. ✨😉

If you have plans for a Friday or Saturday, it's only $300 for 4 HOURS and you can choose morning into afternoon or evening into night. ☀️

We love our home; we want to share it and fill the need for event rentals right here in Livingston!

We just want to say hello and remind everyone that we are a small event space as well. We absolutely adore being a part of this community and your milestones.

We have tons of parking in the back grass, a full kitchen and dining room to put all of those goodies, plenty of restrooms, and a parlor that is, in our opinion, the prettiest thing ever 🤭

We leave Airbnb out of this type of booking because we want to talk and celebrate with you personally, so call/text and tell us when and what you would like to use this beautiful space for. We would be more than happy to help get your special event in our books!
