Starting in 2018, The Riverside will also host a variety of live music shows. RR is a place to bring your family, your instruments, and your sense of adventure!!! Located in the middle of the Daniel Boone National Forest on the Rockcastle River, The Riverside is home to miles of trails, pristine woods and rock formations, and secluded primitive campsites. The Rockcastle River is rated a Kentucky Wild River. Come fish, kayak, swim or just enjoy the scenery!

We moved this festival closer to its roots… and yeah, music had something to do with that.

So we’re being intentional about who we bring in. If your sound leans Appalachian, folk, old-time, bluegrass, or anything that carries that mountain spirit, we want to hear it.

Front porch pickin, late night jam circles, songs that feel like they’ve been around longer than we have… we’re trying to create a kind of nostalgia you can step into. Truth is, most of our team grew up in these hills, so we’re building something that feels like home for us, too.
