Selling 2024 Salem Grand Villa 44VIEW Park Model RV located near Seneca Lake at the seasonal Sunset On Seneca Campsites. We’re selling our 2019 Jayco Jay Flight 32BDHS travel trailer along with our seasonal campsite at Sunset on Seneca and everything that makes this an incredible, turnkey summer setup.

We bought this in 2023 (we have been at camp since 2020 with an older unirt, replaced it with this one in 2023) and it has stayed in one place ever since, so it’s in excellent overall condition and has never been towed around or lived in full-time. We absolutely love this place — the only reason we’re selling is that we live in NYC and the 5-hour drive each way has become too much for us to keep up with.

Known Issues (Priced Accordingly)

We want to be fully transparent:

-The heat system has always been finicky
(Not a huge issue for this park, which is open May–October)

-Propane line to hot water heater needs inspection/repair
(Water heater itself is in good shape)

We weren’t able to schedule repairs before the park closed for the season. These are known, solvable issues and are reflected in the price.

The camper alone typically sells used for around $20k.
