Welcome to God's Country Campground!
ποΈ A Rustic Experience: Our campground is a dry camp, meaning it's all about embracing the natural beauty. We encourage you to "pack it in and pack it out," as we don't have garbage cans on-site.
π« No Hook-Ups: While we don't offer hook-ups, we promise an authentic camping experience in the heart of nature.
π± Reservations: Are required this helps us ensure we have a camp spot reserved just for you.
π§ Clean Drinking Water: You'll find clean, drinkable water available from our outside hydrant.
πΎ Pet-Friendly: We welcome your furry friends! Just be sure to keep them at your campsite and kindly pick up after them.
π₯ Campfires: For a cozy campfire experience, we have a communal firepit. Campfires at individual spots are not permitted.
π³ Secluded and Serene: Our campground offers privacy and borders 2000 acres, including a bird sanctuary.
π Near the Bitterroot River: We're just two blocks away from the Bitterroot River, offering canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, scenic trails, horse-friendly, with hiking trails and abundant wildlife.
ποΈ Natural Terrain: Please note that our terrain can be uneven in places. We suggest walking around to ensure your campsite is suitable for your needs.
π Vehicle Considerations: Large 5th wheel campers may not pass the pond, as turning around can be challenging. Campers up to 30 feet can go past the pond, but some spots on the west end may require backing in. Please assess your driving capabilities accordingly.
ποΈ Spring-Fed Pond: Our property features a spring-fed pond that changes with the seasons. It's ideal for fishing and swimming (swim at your own risk, as there's no lifeguard on duty). You may notice variations from our photos due to summer heat. The pond is home to turtles, frogs, geese, and ducks for your enjoyment.
π Not Your Average Campground: We offer a unique and natural camping experience, distinct from the typical side-by-side camping you find at larger sites.
We look forward to welcoming you to our peaceful retreat. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to reserve your spot. Happy camping! ποΈποΈ
