Arete Vacations Updated & remodeled Classic Spanish-inspired Duplex located on a corner lot, in the heart of Belmont (No video or Audio, of course, with this system.

✓ No excessive noise or music (Our unit has the Minut decimal and motion monitoring system to avoid anyone throwing a party in the unit. If a party with loud music and more than 8 guests are in the unit, the Minut decimal monitoring system will detect it. It monitors decimal noise and motion to detect the number of people in the unit)
✓ No Pets
✓ NO SMOKING a

nywhere on the property.
✓ No additional guests other than those listed on the reservation
✓ Must wash all kitchen supplies/load dishwasher and run upon check out
✓ Take out all trash and recyclables to the large trash bins around the garage/ parking area. Purple is for recyclable
✓ Please no high heels shoes or hard soles or it will damage the hardwood

****NOTE*** Street Sweeping is on Thursday and Fridays (Difference sides) from 9-11am. Check for signs showing which side of the street for Thursday and Friday
