Dear Friends & Guests, Many of you have seen the heartbreaking scenes of intense flooding, beach erosion and destruction caused by higher tides from El Nino and the hurricanes offshore. It's not only in Long Beach, but also in Malibu, Newport, Laguna & many of SoCal's coastal towns. While we appreciate your concern, we want to ensure you that Dockside and most of Long Beach are safe and largely unaffected. We are in a protected marina inside the breakwater. If, at anytime, the comfort & security of our guests were in question, we would cancel (without penalty) your stay before your arrival.
