The negotiations for our proposed location of the Afri Bar have been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Ongoing litigation, unfair competition, and social and political unrest are currently impacting the future of the Afri Bar. We are confident that once we prevail in court, the negotiations for our proposed location will resume, and we will commence the construction of the Afri Bar.
