We were our first client

“We had a need and couldn’t find anyone that specialized in the unique needs of managing a vacation rental property. We found an opportunity to become the solution and Venture Yours was born.”

THE BEGINNING

It all started in 2009 when two lovebirds embarked on a year long honeymoon traveling the world. On their arrival home they bought and lived on a sailboat for over a year. With time they bought a house but weren’t ready to give up the boat. They were interested in giving others they opportunity they loved so much by renting the boat as a vacation rental. It was no small task looking for a property manager who had sufficient experience with short-term rental management to manage it for them so they created their own solution.
