Twelve months ago I was barely surviving 3–5 lb weights. Now I’m over here lifting 5s, 8s, and even tossing around 10s like I’m auditioning for American Ninja Warrior. I strutted into class Thursday feeling unstoppable… only for Miss. Julianne to announce we’d be using 3 lb weights. THREE. Cue my soul leaving my body.

Spent Sunday not running the Turkey Trot 10K 🦃🏃‍♂️💨 but watching everyone else crush it from the comfort of the boardwalk. 👀☕️
Elite spectator energy. 💪😂

Then wandered over to watch some serious ocean fishing 🎣🌊 — we didn’t catch a single thing… mostly because we didn’t try. 😌👏

A+ Sunday: 0 miles run, 0 fish caught, 100% good vibes 😎✨
