Welcome to our home. As you enter the home via keyless entry you are in the living room that has a heavenly soft sofa, a wood burning fireplace, smart TV, and a dining room that seats 10. Browse the TV stand for some board games and puzzles if you get bored.
Turn right and you are in the kitchen that has anything you can possibly need - from Keurig machine and some k-cups (decaf included) to variety of teas to please even the pickiest tea lover, to fully stocked cabinets with dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, pans, pots, mixer, blender, waffle maker and more. Sliding door will take you to the porch featuring a tad over 250sf of grilling and chilling space. Use the propane grill for some BBQ and dont forget to turn on in the lights at night 😉. *** A new 800sf deck with hot tub.
Main floor also has a bedroom with a King size bed (pack and play is it the closet if you are traveling with an infant) and direct access to the patio. This floor also has a full size bath with a bathtub. Its stocked with plenty of towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, etc.
Take the stairs up to the top floor which has 2 bedroom, one with a King bed and 2 full beds, and another with 2 Queen beds. Each room has a balcony to enjoy nature views (Be on the look out for deer and bunnies, they are frequent guests). This floor has a half bath, also stacked with hand towels and soap.
Take the stairs down from the main floor and you are in the favorite part of the home. This is where the fun happens. Try out your bartending skills and make some cocktails for your guests, sing karaoke, play a game of ping pong on a full size table, challenge your friends to a PS3, PS4, or Xbox game, or simply enjoy the wood burning fireplace and watch a movie on a smart TV (dont forget to make some popcorn). There is a sofa bed on this floor as well as a full size bath with a shower. Laundry room is also located on this floor.
Younger ones will enjoy playing with a new large Hot wheels car treck.
While you are outside enjoying Poconos fresh air, make a campfire and fry some marshmallows. Kiddos will enjoy jumping on a trampoline and will have fun on swings and a small slide.
The property itself is located on 1 acre of land and is 2.5 blocks from the lake (kayak rental is available during summer months), about 8 minutes away from Kalahari and around 15 minutes from Camelback.
