We just spent a full month on LBK and this view never gets old!! We were able to get to and the to see The Grinch. The little girl that played Cindy Lou Who was AMAZING - and maybe 7 years old? We visited the new Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium and revisited some of our favorite restaurants; and the new on St Armands Circle…and lots and lots of dinners al fresco on the patio. We took a quick trip on the Key West express ferry to check out the and had one of the best meals of my life at ! The month went by in a flash…the Christmas lights were getting hung as we left and the weather was sublime. The Gulf of Mexico glistened in all her glory even on our last day ❤️

The weather has been chilly here this last week but the good news is that the champagne stays colder longer on the beach…🥳

We just hopped off a Virgin Cruise (it was a short drive to Miami from LBK where we caught the cruise ship - so easy we will plan to do this again!) And then got to spend a quick minute on LBK before catching a flight back to CBus for the long cold winter. Looks like the weather will be in the 70’s and sunny all week here 😎 Sad to go home to temps in the 20’s (it was in the negative digits last week! Ugh!!) but the work week calls…

We have availability in our beautiful beachfront condo starting May 1. 🌴☀️🕶️

It was a gorgeous holiday week on LBK! We flew down Christmas Day and enjoyed the island decorated in its holiday best. 🎄 Lunch at St. Regis was postcard worthy….and the Wonderland Illuminate Circus was lots of fun! We also made it on the leaderboard at Escape Reality - 24 minutes to spare and we saved the beer!!🍺

We are now taking reservations for 2025 - 2026. Ask me about open months ❤️❤️

One of the best musicals!! Go see at the Asolo Repertory Theater in Sarasota!! This show runs through January 5. Julia Knitel, who plays Carol King is phenomenal - she also did the role on Broadway. 🎤 https://www.asolorep.org/events/detail/beautiful

Every day we get a new painting! Last night the thick clouds had a pink underglow that was hard to capture. Just gorgeous!

Wednesday on LBK in front of Beachplace…it’s been an absolutely stunning week! Water color is just gorgeous 🙏 Lots of landscape cleanup still happening but thankful for the return of our beautiful beach and Gulf of Mexico after Milton and Helene.

Walked past our pool today and happy to report that it is full of clean water!! 👏👏 Still not open but perhaps soon???
