The master has an attached bath and the other 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. A half bath is downstairs. This home sleeps 6 comfortably and can accommodate 8 if needed and has a pack in play and highchair for your baby. This home has fiber optic wireless 100mbps internet . 📍 127 yard sale at the MACC — aug 6–9, signal mountain. four full days of selling during the world’s longest yard sale. vintage, repurposed, thrifted, and handmade goods that fit the treasure-hunt theme. indoor and outdoor spots.

📍 watermelon festival — aug 22–23, McDonald Farm. a two-day family festival with contests, inflatables, and live music. great fit for food vendors, makers, and anything watermelon-inspired.

📍 cheese & beer festival — sept 18–19, chattanooga choo choo. artisan cheese vendors, specialty food, and local makers wanted for this two-day tasting and shopping festival.

📍 ketner’s mill fair — oct 3–4, whitwell. the 48th annual country arts fair. handmade only — pottery, woodworking, metal art, jewelry, folk art, and southern-style food.
