We have a private room with a personal bathroom that sleeps up to 3 people. Pricing is $60/night for 1 person in the private room + $15 extra per additional guest. For larger groups we have another room with 2 single beds ($30/each) with a shared bathroom. Amenities:

We are centrally located in South LA ( area code: 90047 ), just 1 mile away from grocery stores, 2 miles from Sofi Stadium and The Forum, 5.5 miles from LAX, 6 miles from downtown, and 8 miles from the beach.
