We loved hosting a 180-guest rooftop mixer for a local bar association right here in Downtown LA!

Our team took care of all the details so guests could focus on networking and enjoying the evening. The night included:

✨ Six appetizer stations with chicken skewers, steak satay, mini pesto grilled cheese, bruschetta, and beef sliders
✨ A full cash bar with shaded lounge seating and tents
✨ Four featured speakers with seamless A/V support and on-site tech
✨ A stationed cartoonist who sketched live portraits for guests
✨ A surprise karaoke performance that had the whole crowd smiling
From smooth check-in with parking validations to thoughtful food and entertainment, the event was a perfect mix of professional and fun.
