Shanghai has changed a great deal over the past twenty years. In Hongqiao, Grand Millennium Shanghai Hongqiao has kept its welcome familiar, greeting returning guests, first-time visitors, and business travellers who come back year after year.

The Points Guy has published an exclusive first look at M Social Hotel Sunnyvale, the first M Social hotel on the West Coast. General Manager Jakub Skyvara counts the rooftop beehive among his favourite details, a reminder that nature and connection belong in a place known for technology.

Downstairs, the technology works in the background. Guests use mobile room keys, check in at arrival kiosks, and call on robotic service assistants and in-room AI assistants. As Skyvara puts it, “technology should remove friction; people should create memories.”

On Breast Cancer Awareness Day, ribbon after ribbon of hope is filling the Threads of Care installations across our Singapore hotels.

Guests have been stopping at the Front Desk, picking up a pink ribbon and leaving a message for anyone touched by breast cancer. Each one is a small way of saying, “We see you, and we are with you.”

Each installation still has space for yours. When an installation is full, S$1,000 goes to Breast Cancer Foundation Singapore, with up to S$6,000 donated across our six hotels.
