Another fantastic dining experience at one of my favorites ! 😋🍽
(1) Pan seared Scottish salmon- served with caper mustard brute blanc, sautéed kale with garlic slivered almonds & lemon, whipped mashed potatoes.(2) Tuna Tartare- Sashimi grade tuna, micro wasabi, spicy soy, avocado, crispy wontons.
(3) Kale and Quinoa salad- red grapes, cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, red peppers, Parmesan cheese, with a champagne vinaigrette.
(4) Butter Cake- Their signature warm butter cake, crystallized sugar crust, Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream, garnished with a berry compote! @ Nick's Pasadena

1. Antipasti. Polipolata- grilled Mediterranean octopus, fresh celery, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, and boiled potatoes. Carpaccio di Filetto- fillet mignon carpaccio with arugula and Grana Padano Cheese. Caprese di Bufala- Fresh buffalo mozzarella served with sliced tomatoes and basil.
2. Ravioli a Scleta- spinach and ricotta cheese ravioli in tomato sauce.
3. Tagliatelle Bolognesr-veal, pork, sausage in tomato sauce.
4. Bigoli Nero all’s Bottarga- Black squid ink bigoli, cherry tomatoes, shrimp and bottarga. @ Osteria Mamma

I just read that it’ll be colder in Chicago this week than in Antarctica and the will freeze most of the north east! Meanwhile in LA, it’s a very comfortable 68°F! Tired of the cold? Come take a trip out west! ☀️☀️☀️
