We had our first marriage proposal at The Hoxton, Downtown LA on Thursday, May 16th. Congratulations to Alexandra and Rodolfo on their engagement, we are truly honored to have this special moment take place in our lobby, the exact same place Rodolfo & Alex met on their first date. We had our server bring Rodolfo's personalized card along with their pre-dinner drinks to assist with the surprise, as well as a complimentary champagne toast in the lobby to celebrate the love of our Hox Friend, Rodolfo.

Here's to the love, laughter, and happily ever after! 🥂

Hox Gallery Presents: Wallace May

This Friday we're celebrating our first Hox Gallery installation of the year with Wallace May. May is a North Carolina-born painter and illustrator who works primarily with acrylic and watercolor.

We'll be partying in the lobby at 7pm with drinks for all guests, plus a DJ set from Victoria Moura. Join us for a drinks and a good time Friday, April 19th from 7pm-9pm.

Hox Gallery Presents: Joshua Bloom

Last Thursday we celebrated our final Hox Gallery installation of the year with self-taught artist, Joshua Bloom. Bloom describes the process behind his colorful and animated canvases as a form of socratic dialogue with oneself. His works are rich with references to his personal history, as well as philosophical symbols that best represent his cultural appreciation.

We’ll be showcasing Bloom’s work in our Hox Gallery for months to come, stop by to peruse his work.
