Happy National Farmers Day! Sending out a special thank you to our farm and landscape team for all their hard work. Planning, planting, weeding, pruning and harvesting hardly scratch the surface of what they do every day to keep Los Poblanos blooming. We are so grateful for the community of farmers in New Mexico who care for the land and put delicious, healthy food on our plates.

The farm is bursting with blooms this fall, and we're making the most of every stem. Look for fresh arrangements of dahlias, zinnias, cosmos, scabiosa, amaranth and more at the Inn, Campo, La Quinta and the Spa, or in all their glory out in the fields.

Bartender in focus: Find Joe at the chessboard when he's not bouldering or hiking in the Bosque. Originally from Socorro, he has always felt drawn to the landscape of New Mexico. His latest cocktail, "Mulberry Mountain," is also rooted in the high desert forest and follows the mountains south to Chihuahua, where we discover a delicious sierra sotol to build this highball around. Complimented by brined mulberries from our property, herbs, stone pine liqueur, lime, soda water and LP Lavender Cocktail Ri***ng Salt, this highball celebrates the high deserts of both Mexico and New Mexico.

Cold-processed and cured for a minimum of three weeks, our small-batch bar soaps are made with carefully selected ingredients. Scented with pure essential oils inspired by the land and balanced with a blend of oils and butters, they lather beautifully, rinse clean and hold up well for everyday use. Each bar is mixed by hand, poured, cured and finished in New Mexico.

Autumn weddings at Los Poblanos are truly spectacular. Cottonwoods paint the landscape a brilliant gold, while La Quinta's East Lawn is lined with vibrant amber sycamores and creeping ivy. Chilly nights call for fireside drinks in the Library Bar and warm celebrations with friends and family.
