Here's yet another post that I felt compelled to make after a flurry of activity on this page just because Airbnb is doing dumb stuff and making it super hard for our guests to book our property without paying an extra 18% plus another unknown percent because Airbnb be doing what Airbnb do.

If you don't want to pay the extra 18% and you want to book a property at the lake that's 90 minutes from Louisville and about 2 hours from Nashville near Mammoth Cave. Check it out. It's an awesome Lake House... And it's 20% less than you're going to find anywhere else.

Well, I don't really post that much here. This is not an active page for me. It's an umbrella business for everything I do. But I'm going to post here today because we've been getting a ton of activity... Mostly because I've been shedding a light on what Airbnb is doing to the short-term rental business right now and how it's affecting our guests.. It's terrible. I want to make sure our short-term rental guests never pay 20% more than they have to.
