Just a little more winter please. Well, we were ready to plant seeds here at the Lozeau Lodge when we were stopped in our tracks by a few inches of new snow, but as always, we welcome whatever precipitation we are blessed with. Spring only a few days away. Enjoy.

Porch Sitting on a cool rainy day---Spring at the Lozeau Lodge Property is always beautiful, but seems this year, we are getting the gamut of weather changes, from warm spring, bringing out the daffodils to snow and cold to now rain for the past two days and blowing wind which brings the memories of the December wind that took out my beautiful huge fir trees. Still working on getting those cut up and removed.

Already the Daffodils and Hyacinths are putting on buds. Soon going to have a bright yellow fringe to the flower bed here at the Lozeau Lodge property. Rain predicted, so that is a good thing with this dry warm winter we have experienced this year. Hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful days we are blessed with lately. Annie

Hikers, and Hunters stopping at the Lozeau Lodge Property helps keep things interesting. Last days of hunting season coming up and we now get our first snow day here one day before Thanksgiving. A long very mild autumn has blessed us with perfect weather this year. Here is hoping for a mild winter, with just the right amount of snow to please us all. Wishing everyone a very happy Thanksgiving Day. Annie

We were honored to be a part of the Birthday Celebration for a beautiful lady this week. Only ** years young too, and looking years younger, so it was wonderful to host them for a nice get away. Weather was beautiful, cool and clear for a nice walk on the Hiking Trail here on the Lozeau Lodge Property. Lots going on while winter holds off a little while longer. Annie

Beautiful Group of young couples finished up our season here at the Lozeau Lodge Property this year, and they were a delight to host. We love seeing people really get into enjoying this beautiful property here in Western Montana, and hope to see them again. Annie

Missoula Lake Montana. Got this beautiful photo from a friend's page, and wanted to share it with others. Many do not know that our wonderful Mineral County has 43 Alpine Lakes that are just this beautiful. Some are accessible by vehicle, some via hiking, some via horseback, but all worth a visit. Annie.
