After many hard years of work, Poncho's Pond has grown to be one of the top rated privately owned parks in Michigan and the United States. This put Poncho's Pond in the top 1% of privately owned campgrounds in the United States! With the completion of an additional 25 luxury sites in September of 2008, Poncho's is bigger and better than ever, having 250 sites to choose from. The park is situated o

n 37 grassy acres. Our sites include city water, sewer, 20 & 30 Amp. electric service. 225 of these sites also have 50 Amp. service available, plus all site have cable TV at no extra charge. Tent sites have water & electric only. All sites have a picnic table and a fire pit. With daily, weekly and monthly rates available you will be able to enjoy any length of stay. Located in the center of the park is a beautiful 3 acre pond stocked with fish so kids can enjoy hours of fun trying to catch the BIG one. Paddle boats are for rent to enjoy a cruise around the pond. On those warm days you can relax in our pools and spa. One pool is for family swimming and kids. The other pool and spa are for "adults only", 18 years and older. On the cooler days, you can enjoy our Indoor Pool and hot tub! There are three shower houses, 2 laundromats, and a video game room. For the young at heart we have 2 basketball hoops, volleyball, horse shoes, bike rental, and a playground area. gas is available 7 days a week with easy drive-up service. We offer special rates for groups or clubs of ten or more. Our spacious Club House (64' X 56') has a seating capacity of up to 240 people, and can be used by your group for your events and/or dinner activities. Throughout the season you will find many activities and events to keep everyone happy. From our Chili Dinner cook-off in April, to our BIG Halloween party in October, we have special events planned for all ages. Many campgrounds have prohibited use of electric scooters, electric bikes, and have stopped allowing transient customers to bring their own golf carts. We do not want to have to take the same approach, so we are asking for YOUR help. Please, please, please, slow down. The speed limit in the park is 10 MPH, for ALL motorized vehicles, scooters, bikes, and golf carts. Additionally, if a scooter or bike is built for ONE operator, there should never be an additional rider. One seat? One rider. One stand-on deck? One rider. Please help us keep Poncho's Pond a safe and fun place for all of our guests.

We're excited to start our 3rd Annual Food Drive, to benefit the Ludington High School Youth Resource Center! Drop off non-perishable food items at our office to be entered to win some great prizes. We'll be drawing a winner every two weeks. Help us support our local youth!
