Peppers in the glass and on the plate. Poblano and guajillo in the Coping Mechanism, jalapeño over corn riblets. The ricotta toast cools it off — tomatoes layered with watermelon radish, scapes, basil oil. Two vegetarian plates and a cocktail, built to be ordered as a set.
