After more than 10 years as Airbnb hosts and short-term rental owners, we’ve learned that building a successful vacation rental business is about a lot more than beautiful cabins, great amenities, and getting bookings.
Working with your spouse isn’t always going to mean agreeing on everything. Alina and Freddy share how they’ve learned to respect each other’s responsibilities, trust the work the other person takes on, and not take every disagreement too seriously. Sometimes, the best thing they can do is simply laugh about it and move forward.
When you're constantly thinking about guests, reservations, maintenance, improvements, messages, cleaning, and the next project, it can be easy to forget why you started in the first place. Taking time away gives them a chance to reflect on their properties from a different perspective—and even experience what *they* look for when they travel and stay somewhere themselves.
Over the years, that perspective has helped shape what Naturalist Bo***ir Cabins has become.
With every cabin they’ve built and every year they’ve spent in the short-term rental business, the process has gotten a little easier—but their standards have also gotten higher. They’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, what guests appreciate, and how important it is to create more than simply a place to sleep.
When Alina and Freddy stay at a vacation rental, they’re looking for **peace, serenity, relaxation, privacy, and a connection with nature.** Those are the same feelings they work to create for every guest who stays at Naturalist Bo***ir Cabins.
Whether you’re thinking about starting an Airbnb, already managing a vacation rental, building your own short-term rental business, or simply curious about what goes on behind the scenes at Naturalist Bo***ir Cabins, we hope our experience gives you something useful to take with you.
🌿 **Come experience Naturalist Bo***ir Cabins for yourself and see why peace, privacy, nature, and relaxation remain at the heart of everything we create.**
