❄️ Did you know Luray was home to America’s first air-conditioned building? In 1901, T.C. Northcott drilled a shaft into the caverns to pump pure, 54 °F “lime air” through Limair Sanatorium, changing all the air every 4 minutes! Talk about natural cooling! 🌬️🕳️
