Scavenger Hunt and Ice Cream Social!

Our campers compete in our first-ever ITP Scavenger Hunt; they will search the campground for items, take a photo of each on the list, take a finishing selfie, and race back to the starting line to earn their reward and the first-place title!

But the day's not over yet! Nikki and Cindy are hosting a delicious ice cream social with tons of tasty toppings! A huge thank you to Nikki, Cindy, and all their wonderful volunteers for putting on this delicious event!

Campground Bags Challenge & Tailgate Showdown
This is going to be one of the biggest competitive events we’ve ever hosted at In The Pines—and we are inviting other campgrounds to come take their best shot.
We’re officially challenging surrounding campgrounds to send their top 3 Bags teams to compete against ours. We truly believe In The Pines campers are among the best Bags players around, and now it’s time to see how we stack up against the rest.
This is more than just a tournament—it’s a campground showdown, community event, and tailgate party.
• 11:00 am – Tailgate Party Begins
Bring your grills, coolers, food, drinks, and team spirit! This is where the fun starts.
🌲 Decorate your setup, rep your campground, and hang out with players from all over
🌲 Food, and pre-game fun.
🌲 A great chance to meet new people and show off your home campground pride
• 1:00 pm – Campground Bags Tournament Begins
Each campground may enter up to 3 teams to compete in the main event.
🌲 Proof of campground required at sign-up (ex. bring a bill)
🌲 Double-elimination style play (format may vary based on turnout)
🌲 Competitive brackets featuring top teams from multiple campgrounds
🌲 Sign up deadline: September 16th with the ITP Office 608-207-2515
This is where bragging rights are earned.
We’re not just playing for fun—we’re playing for pride, reputation, and BIG prizes. The winning team will take home a major grand prize package along with the ultimate title:

1st Place-Booze basket & $500
2nd Place - Booze basket & $300
3rd Place - Booze basket & $100

This event is designed to bring campgrounds together, but let’s be honest—we also want to show everyone what makes In The Pines special. Our community, our energy, and our players are something we’re really proud of.

We’re looking forward to a full day of competition, tailgating, laughter, and a little friendly rivalry that we hope turns into new friendships. 🌲

Nature Class Movie Combo!

At In The Pines Seasonal Camp Resort, we love to help little learners' minds grow!

For this year's annual nature class, the camp kids learned all about rabbits!

First, they learned about rabbits and their history, followed by a rabbit-themed game, and ended the class with a rabbit nest-building activity!

And they returned later that evening for movie night and popcorn!
